Boloo enables users to share posts, images, and text, interact with others through comments and chat, and engage with a dynamic community. You retain ownership of your UGC, but you allow Boloo to operate and display your content as needed.
Boloo encourages interaction through comments, likes, and private chats. You agree to:

· Avoid harassment, threats, or inappropriate messaging
· Report any prohibited content or misconduct
Users may report content or behavior violating these Terms. Boloo Team will:
· Review reports promptly
· Respond to violations within 24 hours when possible
· Remove or block content that violates these Terms
· Suspend accounts involved in serious or repeated violations
When using Boloo, you agree to:
· Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
· Avoid attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
· Not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of Boloo
· Avoid automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized data collection
You are responsible for the content you post and for your interactions within the community.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

· Your account is inactive for extended periods
· We detect security risks or technical issues
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that reasonably continue after account closure.
All Boloo software, design, graphics, and content not generated by users are owned by Boloo Team. You may not:
· Reproduce, distribute, or modify platform code or design
· Use Boloo trademarks without permission
· Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
UGC remains owned by its creator, subject to the license granted to Boloo Team.
Boloo is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding:
· Accuracy, reliability, or quality of UGC
· Continuous operation or availability of the app
· Results from using the app
We do not endorse any user content and are not responsible for your reliance on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boloo Team is not liable for:
· Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform
· Harm caused by UGC, other users, or third-party services
· Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
Your use of Boloo is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Boloo Team harmless against all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
· Your UGC or interactions with other users
· Your violation of these Terms
· Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
Boloo may incorporate third-party tools or links. These services operate under their own policies. Boloo Team is not responsible for any third-party content or actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Boloo Team is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts within that jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
